All the verified orders before 12 noon (WST) will be dispatched for delivery within the same day (except Saturdays, Sundays and Australian public holidays) on the condition that your ordered item is in stock. If your item is not in stock or cannot be dispatched immediately, we will inform you of alternative suggestions by an email.


Domestic Delivery (Australia)

Registered Post (Free of Charge) - This is our main delivery method which is offered for Free of Charge for all customers within Australia. Registered Post packages will be received within 4 to 7 working days, however please allow more time for remote postcodes and we advise up to 10 days for delivery.

Your package will need to be signed for on receipt and we cannot deliver to post box addresses. Your item is insured up to $80.00 with no extra charge while you can increase the insurance amount by paying extra $1.20 per $80.00 at the checkout. 
Your package can be tracked by Australia Post (by phone only) so please contact them with a tracking number provided upon your purchase if you wish to track your package.


Express Post - This delivery method is currently available at $12.50 per order and provides guaranteed delivery by 12 noon next business day to business addresses within the published network and by 5.00pm to other addresses within the published network, provided the package is posted on a business day - Monday to Friday. Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided on a non-guaranteed basis.

Your package will need to be signed for on receipt and can be tracked and traced through the website of Australia Post for 24/7 (You will be provided a tracking number upon your purchase).

Please be informed that your package addressed to a PO Box may not be delivered until after the normal PO Box delivery time as it is delivered by courier.

* Insurance is not applicable for this postal service.


International Delivery

International Registered Post - This is the method we use to send all international orders, available at $26.00 per order. All items are signed for, insured up to $80, and trackable until they leave Australia, and often trackable in other countries through their local post office. On average, delivery takes 5 to 10 days from date of dispatch but can take longer depending on the country and/or the customs.

Your package will need to be signed for on receipt and we cannot deliver to international post box addresses. Insurance amount can be increased by paying additional $1.20 per $80 and you can do so at the checkout.


Customs Information For All International Customers - all internationally shipped items are subject to customs checks and potential charges. Each countries customs arrangements are different. Please be aware we are not liable for charges levied or delay of items held at customs. Legally we are obligated to mark all international shipments with value of goods. If your item is a gift, although we can remove the value from the delivery note, we cannot from the shipment's customs information on the package.


Other Information

Orders made on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day. An order made and verified after 12 noon on a Friday, will be dispatched Monday or the earliest Australian business day.

Currently any orders which need items to go to separate and different addresses will need to be ordered separately.

Please make sure when you select your delivery address it is the correct one, and you are able to sign for it at that address. If you are not in or unable to sign for an item, it will be sent to a local delivery centre, and a card posted through your letter box to let you know how you might arrange pick up or re-delivery.

We regret we cannot deliver to a PO boxes Australia or international and you'll need to arrange for delivery to another address.

Please also note that for first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ we may contact you to verify that it is your card and your order - this is for your own protection.






All EcoWorldfashion.com packaging is made from recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials, with solvent free adhesives. We will make sure what you have purchased is protected during the delivery process with eco-friendly options.

We will use Australia Post Satchels or plain envelopes and boxes to send your items in.

Once you have clicked to confirm your order, then, when payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order reference (please also quote this in any order inquiries). Where applicable a tracking number will also be sent but in a separate email after your ordered items are dispatched.






EcoWorldfashion.com realise that sometimes an item will not meet your satisfaction for a variety of reasons, please return the items within 14 days for an exchange or refund, providing it is unworn and in a re-salable condition.

Please note that to make a return, all the items swing tickets and labels must still be attached to the returned goods, and the items must be unused, complete and in their original undamaged packaging. When trying on garments please take care not to get perfume or make-up on the garments as we cannot accept worn or soiled returns.

We regret we cannot accept as returned, lingerie, underwear or tights.

Return postage on unwanted items is at the customer's cost and liability. It is recommended that you insure items that are being returned for their full value and keep a proof of postage.


To Make A Return

Please state your name and address, original order reference (ID) and details of the item you are returning and enclose this in the package. Then please send returns to the following address:

Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We also recommend that you send the goods via an insured service. We advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.






If you would like to change your order for a different size after delivery please return the unwanted item in the usual way for refund. We can only exchange the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Please notify us of the size you wish to exchange it for or a different item.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be liable for the exchange postage.

EcoWorldfashion.com provides a full refund on items returned new and unused back to us within 14 days of your receipt. All refunds, less the delivery cost, will be credited to the original payment debit/credit card after we have received and inspected the returned item. A refund should be credited back to your card within 7 days of our receipt of the item, but please allow up to 30 days.
